Amanda K. Belcher, M.A., is Vice President of Human Resources at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, a joint venture of McKesson and HCA Healthcare. With more than a decade of leadership across strategy execution, organizational culture, and talent development, she guides people strategy for one of the world’s leading oncology research organizations. Amanda brings deep expertise in human centered HR, change management, and organizational communication, with prior leadership roles at Macy’s and Target. She holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University.
