James Dodson is Head of People at Greywolf Therapeutics, where he leads people strategy for one of the UK’s most awarded emerging biotechs. Before joining Greywolf, James served as Chief People Officer at Touchlight Genetics and led several People functions for start-up and scale-up ventures. Earlier in his career he spent over 15 years in investment banking, during which he held senior HR leadership positions and completed expatriate assignments in North America and APAC. James brings deep expertise in organisational design, talent strategy and guiding high‑growth companies through transformation.
