Ryan Maglione is a Global Life Sciences Total Talent Executive with more than two decades of experience leading large‑scale talent transformation across the biopharmaceutical industry. As SVP of Global Talent & Staffing at Syneos Health, he oversees global hiring strategy, workforce solutions, and talent attraction, assessment and retention innovation for one of the industry’s leading commercial and clinical services organizations. Ryan previously held progressive leadership roles in Executive Search, Staffing, Talent Acquisition Solutions and began his career in staffing industry with Joule Scientific. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Rowan University.
