Selene Li is the Global Head of Culture & People Experience at Legend Biotech, where she leads the organisation’s culture, engagement, and employee experience strategy across its rapidly growing global footprint. With a career spanning HR business partnering, talent acquisition, equity and compensation, and U.S. HR leadership roles at Legend, she brings deep expertise in shaping people‑centric, high‑growth biotech environments. Prior to Legend, Selene held HR roles at GenScript and Aequor Healthcare Services. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
