Steve Schiavo is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Alkermes, where he leads global HR strategy across R&D, commercial, and corporate functions. He previously spent over a decade at Vertex Pharmaceuticals in senior HR leadership roles. Steve holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BA in Psychology from Boston University, and serves on the Board of Advisors for Life Science Cares Boston.
