CONFERENCE DAY 2
LEAP HRBP Searchlight Deep Dive breakfast session
Thursday, July 20 | 7.30am - 8.00am
The LEAP HRBP Searchlight Network is hosting a breakfast deep dive session first thing on Day Two of the conference where you’ll be joined by Adam Thomas, the CPO of Synlogic and a group of current HRBP Searchlight members.
The session’s topic is based on a previously recorded presentation by Karen Anderson, CHRO at Centessa and formerly Pfizer, Biogen and Alnylam. Karen led a thought provoking workshop on ‘How to Ensure Line Managers, not HR, Own Employee Engagement’ which received such positive feedback that we’d like to share it again.
For context, this is a ‘taster session’ to demonstrate what the LEAP HRBP Searchlight Network meetings look like. This is a community comprised of a global group of HiPo HRBPs who meet virtually year-round to learn from CHROs and tackle business-critical challenges through thought-provoking case studies. These HRBP members walk away with practical tools and a network they can contact to work smarter, not harder.
